Forced pilot operated valves

By this type of valve, the servo principle is coupled with direct actuation. Forced pilot operated valves combine the advantages of these types of control . The valves switch from 0 bar up to the maximum operating pressure and are to be used where direct-acting valves are applied.

However, by coupling with the servo principle, smaller and less expensive actuators can be used than with direct-acting valves.
