Series A6321-23/0806
Valve type 63-03 with compact actuator in stainless steel with EPDM soft seal for a very high tightness to the outside, to the closure, to the control chamber. The valve is suitable for high vacuum. The leakage rate at the seat is only 6 mbar x10.
