Type 63-VU valves have a directly acting and external medium operated type of control and need compressed air from 6 to 8 bar for switching. They have a simple and solid design and quick reaction times. This type 63-VU with elastomere sealing (NBR or FKM) at the seat is preferable to use for vacuum applications.
